Support

Are you searching for support groups?

We have support groups and Parent to Parent Classes in several counties in Utah.  Our Branches have volunteer coordinators and usually have more to offer in speakers, Parent to Parent Classes, and support.

Is there a Blog? Some locations will have Blog entries in this Blog or a separate Blog.  If there are Blog entries in either place then there will be a link here to view the Blog entries

We have had requests to start additional support groups:  adults and family support group for parents, family, and educators who have children or work with children with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder. If you have an interest in attending please let us know by sending us an email at info@chaddofutah.com or calling our Hot line 1-801-537-7878.

Support Group Meetings usually consist of a guest speaker who addresses topics related to AD/HD, followed by individual questions. Sometimes an open forum is scheduled. Literature and upcoming event information regarding AD/HD is available at each meeting. Drop-ins are welcome and there is no cost or obligation, although CHADD membership is encouraged.

We are also looking for assistance in facilitating these groups.  We will train.  We want to begin having support groups in other areas of the State as well, but need assistance in facilitating those as well.
